Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, starting checkout, or using AIVideoLink, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service for a company or client, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organisation.

2. The Service

AIVideoLink provides AI-assisted video creation, editing, narration, subtitle, media search, export, and related workflow tools. Features may depend on your plan, system capacity, third party services, and safety controls.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for your account credentials, the activity under your account, and the accuracy of information you provide. We may require email verification before project creation, exports, or paid upgrades.

4. Plans, Billing, and Cancellation

Free, Starter, and Pro plan limits are shown on the Pricing page. Paid plans are annual access purchases billed yearly unless stated otherwise during checkout. Paid access does not auto-renew; renew manually when you want another year. Taxes may be added during checkout where applicable.

Paid customers can manage payment methods, invoices, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation through the billing portal after checkout. Paid access normally continues until the end of the current paid period unless the billing provider or AIVideoLink ends access earlier because of refund, chargeback, payment failure, abuse, or legal requirement.

Refunds are handled case by case unless required by law or explicitly stated in a written offer. If a payment fails, your plan may be downgraded to Free and Free plan limits, watermarking, storage, and retention rules may apply.

5. Your Content

You keep ownership of content you upload and videos you create, subject to the rights of third parties and the licences of any stock media, music, voice, model, or other asset used in a project. You grant AIVideoLink the permission needed to host, process, transform, render, store, and display your content so we can provide the service.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not use AIVideoLink to create or distribute unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, hateful, sexually exploitative, abusive, or privacy-invasive content. You must have the necessary rights and consent for uploaded media, music, likenesses, voices, trademarks, and personal data. Voice cloning, avatar generation, and realistic synthetic media must not be used to impersonate people without consent or to mislead viewers.

7. Storage and Retention

Project storage, export credits, queue priority, watermarks, and project retention depend on your plan and may change if your subscription expires, is cancelled, or is downgraded. You are responsible for downloading and backing up important outputs.

8. Third Party Services

AIVideoLink may use payment processors, email providers, stock media providers, AI model providers, hosting, analytics, and other third party services. Their own terms may apply to parts of your workflow or transactions.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we believe an account violates these Terms, creates operational risk, causes payment issues, infringes third party rights, or is required by law.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

AIVideoLink is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. AI output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for your intended use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIVideoLink is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the service or on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
