• Project content such as prompts, scripts, uploaded media, generated audio, generated video, subtitles, avatars, voice references, scene settings, exports, and project metadata.
• Technical information such as IP address, browser, device, server logs, errors, storage usage, quota usage, and security events.
• Support information such as contact details, ticket messages, attachments, and administrative audit history.

We use information to provide accounts, render videos, enforce plan limits, process subscriptions, send transactional email, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, improve reliability, maintain security, comply with law, and communicate service updates.

Your prompts, uploaded files, generated files, and project settings may be processed by AI systems and media processing tools to create previews and exports. Do not upload sensitive personal data, confidential material, or third party content unless you have the right and consent to use it.

We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in sessions, language preferences, security, and basic service operation. Third party services such as payment checkout may use their own cookies when you open their hosted pages.
